first_imgSumner Newscow report — “Ready, Set, Bloom!” is the theme for the annual Tulip Time Festival celebration held at Belle Plain this weekend starting Thursday night with opening of the carnival and ended Sunday afternoon.The annual Tulip Time Festival has been held each Spring since 1986.  Each year Belle Plaine welcomes thousands of visitors to this two day event.  With a multitude of activities for every age including arboretum tours, athletic competitions, a parade, arts and crafts, fun food, and a variety of on-stage entertainment, it’s no wonder this event attracts visitors
