Date of alleged crime: Oct. 22, 2015Case description: Scudder is accused of possessing methamphetamine found in the passenger compartment of her vehicle. She is also accused of possessing five plastic bags, a plastic pill grinder, a blue torch lighter, a white plastic tube, a brass crushing device, a black zip-up bag, a digital scale and a blue glass pipe. ———State of Kansas v. Jason Lile — Case No: 15 CR 299Date of birth: 1971 Address: Sumner County jail. Charges:Count 1 — Burglary of a non-dwelling, level 7 felony. Count 2 — Attempted theft, Class B misdemeanor. Date of alleged crime: Nov. 3, 2015. Case description: Lile is accused of entering the Calvary Lutheran Church at 1300 North C Street in Wellington without permission and using a knife to try to break into a locked office in the church. He then used the knife to try to break into the secretary’s office at the church to look for money but he was apprehended by police before he could get into the church office. ———State of Kansas v. Jesse Henderson — Case No: 15 CR 300Date of birth: 1953 Address: WellingtonCharges:Count 1 — Possession methamphetamine, level 5 drug felony. Date of alleged crime: Nov. 12, 2015. Case description: Henderson is accused of possessing methamphetamine by having a baggy containing a small amount of meth in his bedroom in his apartment at 1312 North A Street in Wellington. ———State of Kansas v. Tara Weidner— Case No: 15 CR 301Date of birth: 1987 Address: WellingtonCharges:Count 1 — Criminal damage to property, Class B misdemeanor. Count 2 — Possession marijuana, Class A misdemeanor. Date of alleged crime: Nov. 9, 2015. Case description: Weidner is accused of destroying a picture frame and a table causing damage of about $350. Allegedly she possessed two small baggies of marijuana in her bedroom as well as Zig Zag rolling papers, a water bong type pipe, and other glass pipes in a black nylon bag in her room. She then is accused of physically resisting being arrested while being handcuffed by two Sumner County deputies. She is accused of angrily kicking and grabbing one of the deputies and scratching his wrist. ———State of Kansas v. Savannah Gilman— Case No: 15 CR 302Date of birth: 1997 Address: Wichita.Charges:Count 1 — Possession marijuana, Class A misdemeanor. Count 2 — Possession drug paraphernalia, Class A misdemeanor. Case description: Gilman is accused of having  marijuana cigarettes near her in the back seat of her 2011 black Ford Fusion which was being driven by her boyfriend Torsten Smith. She also allegedly had an additional marijuana in a sentry box in her vehicle and a multi-colored marijuana pipe in her purse. ———State of Kansas v. Frank Sharp, Jr.— Case No: 15 CR 303Date of birth: 1961 Address: Memphis, Ark.Charges:Count 1 — Failure to pay toll, unclassified misdemeanor. Count 2 — No driver’s license, unclassified misdemeanor. Count 3 —No proof of liability insurance, Class A misdemeanor. Count 4 — Theft, Class A misdemeanor. Count 5 — Tag not assigned to vehicle, misdemeanor. Count 6 — Theft, level 9 felony. Date of alleged crime: Nov. 13, 2015. Case description: Sharp, Jr. is accused of failing to pay the toll while getting on the Kansas Turnpike in Sumner County. He also allegedly had no driver’s license, no insurance, and possessing a Minnesota license plate stolen from an impound lot in Emporia. It was later learned he had stolen the red 1997 Chevrolet Monte Carlo he was driving from Olathe, Kans. ———State of Kansas v. Marc Allen— Case No: 15 CR 304Date of birth: 1992 Address: Wichita.Charges:Count 1 — Speeding 80 in a 65 mph zone, traffic infraction. Count 2 — Driving while suspended, Class B misdemeanor. Count 3 — Failure to provide proof of insurance, Class B misdemeanor. Count 4 — Possession marijuana, Class A misdemeanor. Date of alleged crime: Nov. 15, 2015. Case description: Allen is accused of speeding 80 mph in a posted 65 mph speed zone in the 900 block of South Haven. He also allegedly had no insurance, a suspended driver’s license and a baggy of marijuana in his vehicle. ———State of Kansas v. Calvin Monroe Conley— Case No: 15 CR 305Date of birth: 1970 Address: Mayfield. Charges:Count 1 — Driving under the influence, 3rd offense. Count 2 —  Driving while suspended, second offense. Count 3 — Transportation of open container, unclassified misdemeanor. Date of alleged crime: Nov. 9, 2015. Case description: Conley is accused of  driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol with his driver’s license suspended.
